Design Museum - London

Looking at Utopia the design museum was a good place to start as it displayed items and products that designers thought would contribute to making a perfect or ideal world (Utopia). One interesting thing to look at was how ergonomics played a part in the design as they designers were not happy with making visually nice products they also wanted to ensure that the consumer felt comfortable for extended periods of time whilst using them. One example of this is the ergonomic keyboard which actually looked very odd but in fact all the keys on it were placed in specific places which would cause the user to feel comfortable.
